• Work directly with the founding team to strategize product development from roadmap to feature launch.
• Combine deep user research and data-driven hypotheses to enhance the product.
• Lead the product team, developing structures, priorities, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and founders.
• Identify blockers, prioritize effectively, and implement solutions rapidly.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading product teams in a SaaS or AI startup.
• Ability to think in systems and balance vision with pragmatism.
• Proven track record of scaling products from zero to one or one to ten.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and customers.
• Take ownership and be hands-on rather than just a manager.
• Bonus: Experience building AI products.
