Overview

As a Technical Lead on our AI Initiatives team, you will be at the forefront of Juniper Square's transformation into an AI-first organisation, working collaboratively to develop AI-driven solutions.

In Short

• Lead AI initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and fine-tune LLM-based solutions.
• Translate project requirements into technical specifications.
• Define and expand data models for AI initiatives.
• Implement business logic and GraphQL API endpoints.
• Work with modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Develop training resources and testing frameworks for AI agents.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Identify opportunities for AI product improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot AI features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly LLMs.
• Strong product sense and customer empathy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives.
• Familiarity with RAG and vector databases.
• Preferred experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Understanding of server-side MVC frameworks.
• Experience with database schema design.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployment.
