Senior Director, Fund Administration Onboarding - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as we continue to evolve and scale Juniper Square’s fund administration service, filling a substantial market gap in the fund administration space.

In Short

• Lead a team of specialists that onboard new fund administration customers.
• Interface directly with customers to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Partner with the project team to ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Lead strategic projects related to automation and new service offerings.
• Provide comprehensive consulting to clients regarding onboarding complexities.
• Review customer offering documents and reconcile data during onboarding.
• Review waterfall calculations and capital calls in accordance with agreements.
• Review asset and fund-level performance metrics.
• Check for quality and accuracy of customer workspace setup.

Requirements

• 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience.
• 5+ years in fund onboarding or new fund launches.
• Experience managing and coaching high performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of complex accounting transactions and reporting requirements.
• Solid knowledge of waterfall and performance metrics.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment.
• Passion for technology to streamline operations.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with IFRS is a plus.
