The HR Administrator - Onboarding will manage account setups, prepare onboarding materials, facilitate onboarding sessions, and contribute to the development of training content on Acadlé. If you have a knack for creating exceptional onboarding processes and experience in training or course, we’d like to meet you. We're a small, fast-growing startup on the lookout for dynamic team members ready to dive into new skills like fine-tuning processes and crafting payroll policies. You’ll play a vital role in our core team, fostering a positive first impression for new hires while continuously improving onboarding strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding or training
  • Proficiency in training platforms and Google Suite/MS Office
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Continuous learner, adaptable to change
  • Experience working on a Graveyard Shift
  • Experience of taking little direction
  • Ability to figure things out independently
