Overview

The Senior Manager of Future Bound Experiences, Entrepreneurial Competitions, supports the expansion of JA local competitions and the path to Future Bound by JA through continued support and engagement with JA Areas.

In Short

• Assists JA Areas during the event planning phase.
• Collaborates with JA USA staff to optimize resources.
• Ensures quality service in delivery of competitions.
• Supports local JA entrepreneurial competitions.
• Manages logistics for national competitions.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Travels as needed to support competitions.
• Supports the promotion of Future Bound by JA.
• Reports to the Senior Director, Education Solutions.
• This is a three-year grant-funded position.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience managing events or competitions.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
