• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a candidate pipeline.
• Develop a strong pipeline for essential roles across departments.
• Create and manage candidate databases in our tracking system.
• Lead candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain industry partnerships.
• Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in advertising or marketing.
• Experience in the advertising or ad technology industry is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with global team members is a plus.
