Overview

The Human Resources Specialist I position at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts involves managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a four-year college or university in HR or related field.
  • Experience in compensation theory and practice preferred.
  • Knowledge of NC General Statutes and federal HR policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict guidelines.
  • Experience with Integrated HR/Payroll systems is a plus.
