FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

We seek a strategic, results-driven FP&A Analyst to improve decision-making and financial performance. This role supports the VP and Directors of the FP&A department by performing financial analysis, managing budgets/forecasts for business partners, and providing strategic insights to the management teams.

In Short

• Extract financial data and analyze study results to identify trends and variances.
• Participate in the monthly analysis of results and forecasts.
• Assist in annual budgeting and planning by preparing budget documents.
• Review monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
• Lead or assist in special projects to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
