We are currently hiring for an experienced remote Learning Experience Designer to join our team here at Joyce University. The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational experiences of our online students.

  • Develop and refine engaging instructional materials and courses.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and academic leadership.
  • Create effective and accessible online learning solutions.
  • Utilize innovative e-learning authoring tools.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Analyze learner data for course improvement.
  • Provide support to students and faculty.
  • Conduct training sessions for faculty.
  • Stay updated with trends in online education.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience.
  • Experience with course authoring tools.
  • Proficiency with Canvas LMS.
  • Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Experience in higher education teaching preferred.
  • Quality Matters certification preferred.
  • Project management certification preferred.
