Overview

As a Lodge Manager at Sal Salis Ningaloo Reef, you will oversee operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while leading a dedicated team and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Oversee daily operations of the lodge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of resort management experience.
• Experience in high-end food and beverage services.
• Valid Western Australia Approved Manager's License.
• Valid Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) authorisation.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and resort management software.
• Hands-on management style.
