Overview

The L&D Manager will apply instructional design principles to develop engaging eLearning courses and manage content delivery through various learning technologies.

In Short

• Apply instructional design principles to develop eLearning courses, microlearning content, and blended learning solutions;
• Design and develop instructional materials, including interactive courses, videos, simulations, and assessments;
• Manage and optimize content delivery through LMS platforms and other learning technologies;
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) to create engaging digital learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development with a focus on instructional design and eLearning development;
• Expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate;
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards;
• Experience in multimedia design, video editing, and interactive learning solutions;
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
