Overview

As the Lodge Manager, you will lead our team through the end of the touring and fishing seasons, overseeing all aspects of the operation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work and live in a remote location.
• Hands-on approach across all lodge operations.
• Understanding of utilities and equipment.
• Experience working remotely.
• Experience in high-end food and beverage services.
• 3-5 years in hospitality, travel, or tourism.
• Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Current Remote First Aid and CPR certificate.
• Heavy Rigid Driver's licence.
• Understanding of coastal and estuary fishing preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
