Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in managing web, cloud, AI, or immersive technologies projects.
• Solid background as a 3D artist and/or software engineer.
• 7+ years of experience in managing teams and driving engineering success.
• Strong background in budget and resource management.
• Strategic thinker with impeccable judgement in technical decisions.
• Ability to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
• Experience in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment.
• Industry knowledge in enterprise software and/or creative industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
