As a leading real estate company in Jonesboro, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

In Short

• Process payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly basis.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
• Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes.
• Participate in payroll audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll laws.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
