Data Entry Executive - Remote

Overview

The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases while ensuring data quality, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Enter data from source documents into computer systems or databases
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Update and maintain records, files, and databases
• Identify and correct data errors and discrepancies
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Generate basic reports as required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data security guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelors degree (preferred)
• Proven experience in data entry or clerical work
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines
