Senior Knowledge Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Knowledge Analyst will act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and analytical support while managing knowledge bases and mentoring junior staff.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) delivering insights and support.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must have resided in the U.S. for the past 3 years.
• Must pass a Federal Public Trust Investigation.
• 8+ years of progressive professional business experience preferred.
• 5+ years in knowledge management, technical support, or content management.
• Proficiency in CMS, SharePoint, and IT ticketing systems.
• Experience in a federal government environment.
• Skills in analyzing support trends and creating documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS/BA degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
