Overview

As the Social Media & Reputation Lead at Wunderflats, you will take ownership of how the brand is represented publicly and help turn visibility, engagement, and sentiment into real business impact.

• Own Wunderflats’ presence across social media and review platforms.
• Proactively manage online reputation and brand perception.
• Engage with customers through comments and reviews.
• Distribute and amplify content to support visibility.
• Monitor sentiment and trends across platforms.

• Leverage AI and automation for workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with Communications, PR, and Customer Service teams.
• Provide insights and updates to the CMO.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
• Experience handling public reviews and online reputation.
• Strong judgement in brand communication.
• Understanding of social and content platform dynamics.
• Clear and empathetic written communication skills.
• Commercial awareness regarding visibility and engagement.
• Confidence in working independently.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
• Fluency in English; German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
