Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who excels in turning complex ideas into executable plans and thrives in a remote work environment.

In Short

• Own project-level scoping, sequencing, and execution for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Convert leadership decisions into clear plans with owners, timelines, and definitions of done.
• Prevent scope creep and surface risks and tradeoffs early.
• Manage end-to-end execution for funnel launches and optimizations.
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, product, engineering, data, and operations.
• Write detailed dev tickets, acceptance criteria, and QA checklists.
• Translate business requirements into technically accurate scopes.
• Manage risks around tracking, attribution, and pricing logic.
• Review meetings and documents to extract decisions and commitments.
• Enforce planning and execution standards in Asana.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools, especially Asana.
• Understanding of technical documentation and processes.
• Experience with funnel launches and go-to-market strategies.
