Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist who’s highly organized, data-savvy, and loves finding smart ways to build customer loyalty. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, a sharp eye for design, and a passion for health and wellness to help grow and scale our email marketing program.

In Short

• Develop, launch, and optimize automated email and SMS flows (welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Implement advanced customer segmentation and dynamic content strategies
• Design and run A/B tests and analyze results to improve performance
• Create engaging, on-brand email templates that look great and convert well
• Maintain list hygiene and keep our email deliverability healthy
• Analyze performance data and report on key metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention
• Lead opt-in strategies, website integrations, and subscriber growth tactics
• Keep documentation up to date and contribute to strategic roadmaps
• Use predictive analytics tools to anticipate churn and re-engage customers
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge in email marketing
• Experience with customer loyalty programs
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Excellent design skills for email templates
• Understanding of email regulations
• Ability to work full-time with at least a 4-hour overlap with PST
