This position is vital in managing the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, ensuring operational success by handling complex program schedules and contracts.

In Short

• Manage network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Maintain syndication information in internal databases.
• Act as the primary contact for syndicator portals.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution.
• Notify changes to schedules to the group.
• Enter new syndication contracts into management systems.
• Provide programming data for FCC Quarterly Issues.
• Assist with data maintenance within industry software.
• Serve as backup for the Program Manager team.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with program management systems is desirable.
