• Design, implement, and manage observability systems using tools like New Relic, Grafana, and Splunk.

• Connect observability platforms with incident management, CI/CD, and ticketing systems.
• Lead system reliability efforts through SLO/SLI definitions, performance analytics, and infrastructure optimization.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure resilient, low-risk deployments.
• Monitor, debug, and resolve platform performance issues at both application and infrastructure levels.
• Serve as a technical mentor and influence architectural direction across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools and practices.
