In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and enhance a global Subscription Management system. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth architectural integration and will be responsible for translating complex business processes into effective technological solutions. • Design modern interfaces for the Subscription Management platform (Zuora)
• Transform manual processes to automated APIs
• Streamline complex processes using Azure Logic Apps
• Convert business and technical requirements into practical solutions
• Create technical design documentation and engage in design reviews

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience in development and systems integration
• Extensive background with RESTful APIs and data formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
• Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Strong multitasking and issue triaging skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience with Subscription Management systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Azure is advantageous
