This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Darwoft. We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure Migration Project) in Latin America.

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead a strategic cloud migration initiative. In this role, you will work on transitioning critical infrastructure from AWS to Azure, building scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with cloud architects and engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and help implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and best DevOps practices. This position offers hands-on involvement in a complex healthtech project while being part of a remote, collaborative, and growth-oriented team. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, security, and scalability for enterprise-grade systems.

In Short

• Support the implementation of a new Azure environment to complement and migrate from an existing AWS-based system.
• Build, automate, and maintain infrastructure components, services, and pipelines using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or similar tools.
• Implement CI/CD processes and integrate DevOps best practices from the ground up.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with both technical and business requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and costs, proposing improvements where needed.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained across environments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, standups, and collaborative planning within a distributed team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
