Overview

This position is for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting & HR Assistant to support full lifecycle recruiting and HR operations in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In Short

  • Support full lifecycle recruiting for federal and corporate positions.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation in applicant tracking systems.
  • Track applicant flow, metrics, and hiring milestones.
  • Manage administrative HR functions and compliance documentation.
  • Assist candidates through clearance processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and program teams.
  • Uphold EEO, OFCCP, and compliance policies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting or HR support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor categories and hiring standards.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with OFCCP, EEO, or cleared recruiting.
