Remote Product Marketing Manager

In Short

• Own the strategic positioning, messaging, and differentiation of the product suite.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and initiatives.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and customer retention.
• Collaborate with product teams to create user-centric benefits from complex features.
• Create compelling content including sales decks, email sequences, and landing pages.
• Equip sales and support teams with tools and training for effective engagement.
• Conduct customer interviews and analyze usage data for product improvements.
• Monitor competitor offerings to identify opportunities and defend market share.
• Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance and customer engagement.
• Ensure brand alignment and leverage shared channels for broader reach.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience.
• Customer-focused with insights into user needs.
• Excellent communication skills across various settings.
• Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• Quality decision-making based on relevant factors.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with church technology is a plus.
• Experience using Pendo for user activation is advantageous.
