In Short

• Design thoughtful and elegant user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UIs for intelligent financial interfaces across web, mobile, and chat platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to deliver experiences that strike the right balance between automation and user control.
• Create interfaces that are transparent, explainable, and trustworthy, especially in AI-driven contexts.
• Support and apply insights from usability testing and user research to iterate and refine designs.
• Contribute to and evolve the internal design system to meet the needs of agent-based AI interactions.
• Adapt your designs based on data, behavioral insights, and feedback to ensure optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of AI and its implications in design.
