In Short

• Advise business teams on compliance with privacy and AI laws.
• Conduct vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments.
• Support cross-border data transfer assessments.
• Provide guidance balancing regulatory expectations with business realities.
• Advise on data protection terms in various agreements.
• Support product development with privacy-by-design principles.
• Draft and maintain internal and external privacy documentation.
• Advise on compliance implications of marketing initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate data protection compliance risks.
• Support privacy aspects of data breach and incident response.

Requirements

• LLM or J.D. degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in privacy or data protection roles.
• Strong knowledge of European data protection laws and global privacy regulations.
• Experience with DPIAs, RoPAs, and vendor assessments.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience advising corporate clients on compliance matters.
• Ability to translate complex privacy concepts into business-friendly language.
