Overview

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the business by reaching out to restaurants across the U.S. and promoting our Menufy Online Ordering platform.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants, presenting the value of Menufy’s digital ordering solutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Customize sales pitches to meet the specific needs of each prospect and effectively communicate the product’s value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client communications and manage sales pipeline effectively.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market research.
