Overview

This position is for an Observability Architect who will play a crucial role in transforming technical partnerships post-sales, enhancing customer success and satisfaction through deep integration of observability technology.

Requirements

• Located in an EST Timezone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support or account management.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with relevant tools and technologies.
