Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in physician scheduling or workforce management.
  • Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and make data-informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
