Requirements

• Draft complaints, discovery requests, and responses.
• Manage service of process and coordinate with process servers.
• Schedule and calendar depositions, hearings, and trial dates.
• Draft and file standard motions and responses to motions.
• Conduct client update calls and maintain regular communication.
• Follow up on non-party discovery requests.
• Assist in trial preparation.
• Ensure litigation timelines are tracked and deadlines are met.
