The Lead UX Designer will be responsible for driving user-centered design across multiple products, from research and ideation through prototyping and implementation. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive solutions that enhance usability and engagement. In Short

• Conduct strategic research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points across multiple products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize problem spaces and design opportunities.
• Lead generative and evaluative research, synthesizing results into actionable insights.
• Create and iterate on design artifacts, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Own workstreams from planning through design hand-off, post-release testing, and ongoing research.
• Advocate for the user experience across the product lifecycle, ensuring designs are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
