Overview

We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant (remote) to work with a life coach. This person must be bilingual (English speaking).

In Short

• Creative for putting content together for social media.
• Handle social media activities on Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
• Provide weekly social media metrics reports.
• Make client reminder and sales calls.
• Assist in onboarding and qualifying potential clients.
• Conduct soul connection calls.
• Manage client connection and collect reviews.
• Search for and create speaking opportunities.
• Utilize programs like Dubsado, Canva, Stripe, Calendly, and Kajabi.
• Help sell courses and one-on-one sessions.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English required).
• Experience with social media management.
• Creative mindset for content creation.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Dubsado, Canva, Stripe, Calendly, and Kajabi.
• Interest in client connection and sales.
• Video editing skills are a plus.
• Available Monday to Friday with a self-determined schedule.
