Data Entry Operator / Typist - Remote

Overview

The Data Entry Operator / Typist will be responsible for various administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and customer service.

In Short

• Field telephone calls and direct visitors.
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for accuracy.
• Verify and correct data as necessary.
• Update data and delete unnecessary files.
• Enter data into prescribed computer databases.
• Transcribe information into required electronic formats.
• Maintain log books or records of activities.

Requirements

• Excellent phone manners and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Windows PC/Google environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical data focus.
• Able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and perform light lifting.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• High School Education with minimum of 1 year office experience.
• Previous administrative/office management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll industry helpful but not necessary.
