Overview

The Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk is responsible for managing day-to-day sales administrative tasks while providing dedicated support in a professional and organized manner.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day sales administrative accountabilities.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support professionally and confidentially.
  • Monitor email and phone calls, responding proactively.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments.
  • Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Administer specific applications and time-bound processes accurately.
  • Handle multiple changing priorities in challenging situations.
  • Support management to provide them more time with front line.
  • Participate in community projects to drive cultural change.
  • Deliver coaching and training to develop others.

Requirements

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work proficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Market/Location P&L.
