Overview

Arkestro is seeking a Administrative Assistant for our Global Data and Analytics team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a systems thinker, a problem solver and someone who feels comfortable communicating with all kinds of people via a variety of methods.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Data Officer and their team.
  • Schedule individual and group meetings.
  • Submit invoices for payment and track department deadlines.
  • Assist with light data and analytics duties.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference calls for internal and external teams.
  • Make travel arrangements and complete travel and expense reports.
  • Keep detailed and organized information tracking chart.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
  • Perform research and summarize information.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of team coordinator and executive assistant experience.
  • Degree in business administration, data and analytics, or related degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly dependable and proactive.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience within entertainment or data and analytics fields (preferred).
