Overview

The Technical Assistant Facility Manager supports the Facility Manager in overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all technical services in the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimal working conditions.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 years of experience in technical facility management.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and building automation.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS software.
• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
