Overview

The Senior Project Manager at JLL will oversee all aspects of projects in the real estate sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of projects from programming to execution.
• Prepare weekly reviews of project workloads and communicate risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

• Guide clients through the design implementation process.

• Manage vendor selection and RFP processes.
• Implement project management strategies for enhanced efficiency.
• 7-15 years of project management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience managing Corporate Interiors projects ranging from $1M to $50M.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking skills for decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Google Applications.
• LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP certification is a plus.
