Senior Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Directs senior level project management services on assigned JLL client projects/regions/practices, providing superior client service.

In Short

• Develop and execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets, strategy and detailed assumptions.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria.
• Build and maintain rapport with client representatives.
• Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts.
• Develop a detailed project budget based on historical and market data.
• Act as the primary senior level contact with the client.
• Manage the successful execution of projects within intended time-frames.
• Prepare various RFP’s for vendor and contractor services.
• Manage vendor and project team performance.
• Contribute to the refinement of best practices for the business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
• 2-5 years as Senior Project Manager or similar role.
• Travel required as needed for project site visits.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate analyzed data effectively.
• Position may work primarily at client site.
• Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required.
