The Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL will provide strategic occupancy planning expertise, leveraging a deep understanding of space supply and demand to develop plans for client portfolios, while fostering relationships across various organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Expert level data analytical skills.
• Highly organized with project budgeting and scheduling experience.
• Working knowledge of occupancy utilization and office design principles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dynamic thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
