Overview

The Senior General Manager (SGM) is responsible for overseeing the management of specific assets and ensuring client and tenant satisfaction, focusing on achieving financial results and implementing strategic plans.

• Conduct property inspections to determine necessary services.

Requirements

• Minimum of an associate or bachelor's degree required.
• Eight years of commercial real estate or property management experience.
• Five years managing a team of four or more people.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in financial calculations and analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and budgeting applications.
• LEED AP accreditation preferred.
• Must obtain the required real estate license.
