Overview

The Revenue Recognition Manager at JLL will be responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recording in compliance with ASC 606, performing detailed reviews of contracts, and maintaining productive relationships within finance teams.

• Perform detailed reviews of Master Agreements and Contracts.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
• Review journal entries and revenue accruals.
• Conduct monthly close duties and account reconciliations.
• Participate in technical interpretation of revenue recognition.
• Document key processes and identify improvement areas.
• Develop relationships with finance teams across business units.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Work effectively under pressure with changing tasks.

Requirements

• Prior experience with revenue recognition and ASC 606.
• Strong contract review and interpretation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• CA / CMA / CWA certification is mandatory.
