Project Manager - Civil - Remote

Overview

JLL is looking for a Project Manager to lead civil and lift replacement projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective stakeholder communication.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end management of civil and lift replacement works.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, design development, and project scheduling.
• Liaise with structural engineers, lift consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
• Manage tendering processes and evaluate contractor bids.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Minimize disruption to building occupants during project execution.
• Facilitate necessary permits, inspections, and certifications.
• Encourage applications from all candidates, regardless of experience level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing civil or M&E projects.
• Familiarity with lift replacement works and building services.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
