Project Coordination Specialist - Data Centre Projects - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Regional Data Centre team, managing various project-related tasks, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring efficient project operations.

In Short

• Assist with legal reviews, business approvals, and Project Funding Requests (PFR).
• Facilitate purchase order and invoice management with Finance and Project Control teams.
• Maintain and update the Data Centre Delivery and Engineering tracker.
• Manage schedules and ensure availability of attendees for meetings.
• Oversee and manage project teams geographically dispersed in APAC.
• Update necessary documents using Document Control Software tools.
• Support coordination of in-person project reviews, including travel arrangements.
• Take meeting minutes and record action items for weekly syncs.
• Assist with vendor onboarding procedures for substation programs.
• Create and deliver presentations as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Suite and other Project Collaboration tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Experience in the technology or construction industry (preferred).
