Plumber Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Plumber Engineer will oversee and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, and emergency plumbing tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining effective operations of water treatment services.

• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance for plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with L8 tasks and health and safety standards.
• Manage water treatment compliance logbooks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for water treatment tasks.
• Provide estimates and quotations for new work.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with miscellaneous duties as requested by the client.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively with building users and stakeholders.
• Proactively contribute to contract growth and service provision.

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing and maintenance duties.
• Knowledge of L8 compliance and PPM schedules.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications preferred.
• City & Guilds ACOP L8 training or equivalent.
• NVQ level 2 or 3 in plumbing.
• Health and Safety training.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in computer PPM management systems.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
