Overview

The Operation Supervisor at JLL will be responsible for managing site operations, vendor management, and financial processes to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive workplace environment.

• Provide concierge services and support for client sites.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Facility Management or related fields.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Native level in Japanese and business level in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Team player with a focus on performance targets.
