Multi-Skilled Technician (Mechanical Discipline) - Remote

Overview

The Multi-Skilled Technician (Mechanical Discipline) will work with the JLL Engineering Team to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, contributing to the overall success of the site.

• Responsible for planned maintenance activities and compliance with local legislation.
• Maintain plant and utilities to ensure reliable operation.
• Manage scheduling of preventative maintenance and reactive tasks.
• Provide technical support for projects and assist with commissioning.

• Document maintenance activities and maintain operational records.
• Ability to work shifts and be on call as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Multi Skilled Building Services Maintenance environment.
• Trade Qualification in Mechanical HVAC or Plumbing.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in risk management and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Understanding of emerging technologies in building control.
