Mechatronics & Robotics Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building, while mentoring junior technicians.

In Short

• Support the Operations Maintenance team.
• Repair and maintain material handling equipment.
• Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

• Complete preventative maintenance routines.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.

• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
• Possible travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Associates or higher degree preferred in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Able to troubleshoot basic input/output functions.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
• Physical ability to perform job duties.
