Overview

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at JLL, you will support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, with opportunities for skill development and mentoring.

In Short

• Support Operations Maintenance team in repairs and maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment.
• Maintain a positive working relationship across the Operations facility.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 49lbs and standing for long shifts.
• Possible travel up to 20%.
• Mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Associates or higher degree in Mechanical or Electrical field preferred.
• Experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment safety standards.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions.
