Overview

As a Lobby Manager at JLL, you will oversee the daily operations of the main lobby area in a commercial complex, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

• Manage front desk and reception area operations
• Greet and direct visitors, tenants, and guests
• Coordinate with security for a safe environment

• Manage package and mail deliveries
• Respond to tenant inquiries efficiently

• Liaise with building management for issue resolution
• Prepare daily reports on lobby activities
• Support the Team Manager/Property Manager as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and meticulous with attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience in a commercial property setting preferred
